Your prayer logs, streaks, settings, name, and location are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.
Falah AI: When you ask Falah AI a question, the text of your question and recent messages in that conversation are sent to our servers to generate a reply. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Subscriptions: Falah Premium is billed through the App Store. Apple handles all payment details — we never see your card or your full name.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing.
Falah requests location access to calculate accurate prayer times and the qibla. This calculation happens entirely on your device. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.
We work with Apple (for the App Store and billing) and a small number of infrastructure providers that host the Falah AI service and embed our knowledge base. They process data only to deliver these functions and never receive your prayer logs or personal details.
Falah is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Removing the app deletes all on-device data. For any privacy question, contact support@deenfalah.com.
